REFUND POLICY

The services provided by us have following right of cancellation:

  • 30 days right to cancellation of service after payment is done with a valid reason.
  • The refund policy is not applicable to one-time fix subscription.

The reasons for which you can ask for a refund:

  • Services or product that is sold to you, is defected
  • If the services that were offered to you was not delivered on time
  • Duplicate payment

Refunds

Internal Tax Service will first review the refund request of our client and after the assessment, we will start the refund process. You can call on the registered number or email us at customercare@internaltaxservice.net for raising the request of refund and make sure to confirm the mode of payment before submitting the request. Once the refund is processed you will be notified through email or call.
